Draugen keeps moving12/18/2023 Most important is the knowledge that you will have to live with this for a while, but don't let it take over your life. Self meditate, warm summers day, beach of green grass, look at the sky, make patterns. The main thing is to try not to worry, try and develop your own way of coping, sit down for a while, then you cant fall down causing harm. Another possible cause could be a build up of ear wax - this can happen without you knowing, worth a look at. One question I will ask, 'Do you drink enough watery fluids?'When I was first advised to increase my intake, I thought the adviser was being sarcastic however I tried drinking more fluids and in time began to feel better. Sometimes the feelings are so intense I have to hold on to something stable quickly - I fear I will fall down otherwise. When I get these feelings just as you describe them I usually find myself with a Urinary infection, the symptoms of which are very debilitating, in fact 3 years ago I had 20 (twenty) courses of anti-biotics, back to back, and still couldn't shift the feelings, eventually I had a 'bladder ablution (washed out). But I fully understand that not everyone feels the same. It is a horrible feeling that leave us feeling so unwell, coupled by the medics who do not fully understand, because it means going out of the box. Hi Debby47 - I understand totally what you are saying, I too have been in that situation. I found this on the web, this happens to me also. No other known medical issues.Īny ideas? I think it might be a supernatural psychic ability that I just can't harness (joking) I've been pretty tired the last couple of days, but I have been sleeping alright. I don't have seizures, I don't do any drugs. (I'm currently on day 2 of this happening to me) During the days that I am having these episodes it seems to happen roughly 5 - 10 times during the day. ![]() At most it happens like twice per year, lasting usually 1 to 3 days. And then as soon as the episode is over (about 30 seconds), I forget all about the dream again and I can't remember any of it. But all of a sudden these "memories" of the dream resurface and I get nausea, dizziness and confused. And most often I feel like I heard these words spoken in my dreams I have had in the past, but I couldn't remember because you dream in short term memory. These symptoms I am experiencing will soon pass as they have before."įor years, ever since I was younger, I would periodically incur episodes where I would have an intense feeling of Deja Vu, usually triggered by something I hear someone say or something I read. ![]() I am not going to be harmed, nor does it represent who I am. When you get these feelings, say this mantra to yourself. Hope you get something out of this and know that your not delusional or alone. The doctors also suggested limiting caffeine/sugar intake. Make sure you eat (even though we aren't hungry often) quality foods 80% of your daily intake. When I was in a hospital program, they constantly asked about sleep and diet. Also, it occurs mainly in the morning or afternoon. I notice it more when taking anti-anxiety/ depression medications on an empty stomach and drinking caffeine. I still have this sought of "vertigo" like feeling today. in your arms and/or hands? Just asking, because there is a possibility that there's compression in your Cervical section of your spine. Do you have any other symptoms related to pain, numbness, limited mobility, etc. I am no doctor by any means, but I have experienced similar issues since my anxiety kicked up about 2 years ago.
